To access the subscription on different devices, you should use the same email address you used when you purchased your subscription.
To check the email address linked to your Headway account on the primary device (where you bought the subscription), please do the following:
1. Go to the 'Profile' section of the app
2. Click on the ‘Gear’ icon in the top right corner
3. Note down the email you see
After this, please log in with this email on another device. To do so, please follow the instructions below.
On Android devices:
1. Open the app and click the 'Log in' option in the bottom part of the Welcome screen.
2. Enter the email address and password associated with your Headway account, then click the 'Log in with email' button:
3. If you need to change the password, please click the "Forgot my password" option below or click here.
4. Make sure to restart the app after you log in.
On Apple devices:
1. Open the app and click the 'Log in' option in the bottom part of the Welcome screen.
2. Enter the email address and password associated with your Headway account, then click the 'Log in with email' button.
