How to reset my password?

Please follow these steps:

For Android devices:

1. Please go to the ‘Profile’ section and click on the ‘gear’ icon.
2. Click on the ‘Login with email’ option in the bottom part of the Welcome screen.
3. Choose the ‘Forgot my password’ option.
4. Enter your email address connected to the Headway account.
5. Follow the instructions in the email you receive.

For Apple devices:

1. Please go to the ‘Profile’ section and click on the ‘gear’ icon.
2. Click on the ‘Email’ icon in the bottom part of the Welcome screen.
3. Choose the ‘Login with email’ option in the upper left corner.
4. Choose the ‘Forgot my password’ option.
5. Enter your email address connected to the Headway account.
6. Follow the instructions in the email you receive.
