You have unlimited access to all book summaries. It means that you can read and/or listen to a summary as many times as you like during the paid subscription.
To find a summary you have already read, go to the Library page. In the Summaries tab, scroll down a bit to find the Finished section:
If you have trouble accessing the summary for the second time while you do one of the Challenges, add the book to your library.
You can also remove any summary from these sections by clicking on the three dots —> 'Remove from Library':
