If you have a paid subscription and do not have access to the content in the app, you need to check whether you’ve logged in with a proper email address. To do so, please follow the instructions:
- Go to the ‘Profile’ section in the app
- Click on the ‘gear’ icon
- Check if the email address is the one you used while registering.
If the email is wrong, you need to log in with the proper one. To do so, please follow the steps below:
On Android devices:
- Click Log out
- Click on the ‘Login in’ option at the bottom of the Welcome screen.
- Enter your email address connected to the Headway account and password
- Restart the app.
On Apple devices:
- Click Log out
- Click on the ‘Log in’ icon in the bottom part of the Welcome screen.
- Enter your email address connected to the Headway account and password
- Restart the app.
If the email is correct, and you still do not have access, please contact us via email support@get-headway.com, and we will check it for you.
